At Tanzeel Collection, we strive to deliver your sofa covers as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Faisalabad: 1–2 business days.
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: 4–6 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery services throughout Pakistan. You only pay when you receive your parcel at your doorstep.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS or Email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's progress.
5. Delivery Issues & Damages
Please ensure that the parcel is not tampered with or damaged before accepting it from the rider.

6. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address and active contact number before confirming your order.

Size Accuracy: We highly recommend checking our Sofa Size Guide before ordering. Since sofa covers depend on accurate measurements, ensuring you order the correct seater (e.g., 3-seater, 2-seater, or L-shape) will prevent exchange hassles.
Color Disclaimer: Due to photographic lighting and different screen settings, the actual color of the sofa covers may vary slightly (approx. 5-10%) from the images shown on the website.
Fabric Care: To maintain the elasticity and quality of your covers, we recommend gentle machine washing and avoiding the use of bleach or harsh chemicals
